Booking & Cancellations
Booking: All services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation time.
Urgent Jobs: Need same-day service? We offer emergency appointments for an additional $50 urgent service fee, subject to availability.
Cancellations: We understand life happens. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This helps us adjust our schedule and avoid last-minute disruptions.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service. The remaining 50% balance is due upon job completion.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit cards, and online payments via Jobber, Stripe, or QuickBooks. Payments are due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Arrival Window
Our team will arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled service time. If there are any delays or changes, we will notify you in advance.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure your satisfaction, our team will walk around with you before leaving to ensure everything meets your expectations. We want to make sure you’re happy with the results!
Damage & Liability
Precautionary Measures: While we take every step to handle your property with care, Mavix Maids is not liable for pre-existing conditions, such as damage or wear and tear on surfaces or items, that were not explicitly disclosed before the service.
Delicate & Fragile Items: Mavix Maids is not responsible for damages to delicate, fragile, or valuable items unless they are clearly marked and discussed prior to the service.
Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that valuables (e.g., jewelry, electronics, sentimental items) are safely secured or removed from the area being cleaned.
Job Scope & Limitations
The scope of work is based on the initial estimate. Any additional work requested during the job, outside the original scope, will be billed at an agreed rate prior to proceeding.
We are not responsible for removal of hazardous materials or items that may pose a health risk unless specifically outlined and agreed upon beforehand.
Indemnification
By booking a service with Mavix Maids, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mavix Maids, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your property or premises unless directly caused by our negligence.
Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and payment information is securely handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your details with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill services (e.g., payment processing).
